Processing & Shipping Times

All orders are processed and dispatched from our facilities within 1–3 business days.

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • USA & Canada: ~7 business days
  • Europe: ~7 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: ~10 business days
  • Rest of the World: 7–12 business days

Note: Custom clearance processes or international postal delays are beyond our control. Tracking links typically update within 1–3 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Customers are responsible for any duties, import taxes, or customs fees levied by their destination country.
  • If a package is refused upon delivery or abandoned due to unpaid customs fees, we reserve the right to forfeit the package. Refunds will not be issued for refused or abandoned shipments.

Address Verification

Please review your delivery address carefully during checkout and in your order confirmation email. We are not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to incomplete, missing, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Delivered But Missing Packages

If tracking shows your package has been delivered to your provided address but you have not received it:

  1. Contact your local postal carrier (e.g., USPS, Canada Post) to locate the shipment or file a claim.
  2. Request a formal affidavit or official proof of a lost/stolen package from the postal service.
  3. Submit the affidavit along with your order details to our support team at support@solutionselectco.com.

While we cannot offer cash refunds for items confirmed delivered by the carrier, our team will gladly review your case to issue a free replacement order upon verification.
